PLEASE BRING PACKING MATERIAL AND BOXES. ALSO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS ALL TOOLS ARE IN THE BASEMENT AND HAVE TO BE REMOVED VIA HATCHWAY PLEASE BRING PROPER HELP AND TOOLS

If items can not be picked up in the allotted times please contact ahead of time for Delivery or Shipping.
If no arrangements are made before the auction, the items are then considered abandoned with no refund.

-Please bring a pen to sign off on your invoice after you inspect your items.
